Concealed beneath the banks of the Thames, The Vaults once housed the icy cold store below Billingsgate Fish Market. It's exposed brickwork and vaulted ceilings create a unique atmosphere.
In the heart of the Vaults lies the sunken dancefloor - a contained space with high ceilings, the perfect place to party!
Each festive season, we transform this hidden venue into a uniquely themed party space. For 2025, we are excited to invite you into our ‘Secret Garden’ – a winter oasis in the heart of the City. Step through the archway and find yourself in a wonderland of lush greenery, twinkling lights and a festive atmosphere that transports you far from the winter chill. Perfect for gatherings that call for a little mystery and a lot of magic, The Secret Garden is where party celebrations grow into unforgettable experiences.
Ultimate has built a remarkable legacy delivering fully inclusive, turn-key venue solutions so our clients can book their events with confidence and ease. Our installation includes staging, high-spec sound and lighting. We also include reception and dining furniture within our fully dressed spaces. Finally, our catering partner Create are onsite to deliver every aspect of your catering needs.
