Our shared Christmas parties run from 6:30pm until 00:30am, giving you a full evening of festive food, drinks, entertainment and dancing.

We recommend party wear or smart casual attire - it’s Christmas after all, so feel free to dress to impress.

You can book directly through our website or get in touch with our team who will be happy to help you secure your places.

Yes, tables are available for groups of 7 guests or more.

Absolutely, additional guests can be added subject to availability at the time of request.

Cancellations can be accepted, however please note that tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Yes, booking and payment confirmations are available on request for your records.

Our shared Christmas parties are strictly over 18s only.

Yes, all food choices must be preordered ahead of the event to help us deliver the best possible dining experience on the night.

Our shared Christmas parties operate with set menus. Any dietary requirements or special requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event.

Yes, we can cater for a range of dietary requirements including vegan, halal and gluten free options. Please let us know at least 10 working days in advance. Kosher meals are also available at an additional charge.

Yes, a selection of wines, Champagne and other drinks packages can be preordered for your table. Please enquire with your event manager for available options.

Each party package includes a range of food, drinks, entertainment and production elements. Please refer to your proposal for full package details.

Tables typically seat between 7 and 12 guests, and your group will always be seated together.

Your event tickets and final event information will be sent approximately two weeks before your party date.

There is no on-site parking available at the venue. We recommend travelling by public transport or taxi where possible.

Some events may include strobe lighting and special effects. Please contact us ahead of your event date and we’ll be happy to advise for the specific night you are attending.

Yes, we can accommodate a maximum of 300 guests for large group bookings.

 

Payment is required within two working days of receiving your booking form. Full payment is taken upfront to guarantee your spaces.

Unfortunately not, all tickets must be purchased in advance prior to the event.

Yes, all Ultimate venues include a fully staffed cloakroom for your convenience.

Our venues operate as cashless events, so card payments only will be accepted on the night.

Yes, all Ultimate venues have a designated smoking area available for guests.

Yes, this may be possible by prior arrangement. Please check with your event manager well in advance of your event date so this can be coordinated for you.

Yes, your group will always be seated together on the night.

Yes, Secret Santa gifts are welcome, however alcohol gifts are not permitted.

Some menu items may contain nuts or alcohol, and while every care is taken, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free kitchen environment. Please contact us if you require further allergen information.

External alcohol cannot be brought into the venue, however drinks packages and bottles can be preordered through our team.

Yes, tea and coffee will be served during the evening.

Expect classic party favourites and dancefloor hits with a festive twist to keep the celebrations going all night long.

Shared Christmas parties bring multiple groups together to enjoy one incredible pre-planned festive experience, with each group having their own reserved table for the evening.

Exclusive parties are completely private events, where one company or organiser hires the entire venue exclusively for their guests.
